Yes. Around 30% of our work is with clients outside RO — mainly Moldova, the wider EU, and occasional projects further afield. We work in English, Romanian, and Russian.
Sometimes. If the project is small but the fit is right, yes. If it's small and the fit isn't great, we'll point you to someone better suited — no hard feelings. Our honest zone is projects starting around €5k on one-offs or €1.5k/mo on retainers.
